Situated in the bustling hub of the Mile High City, the Westin Downtown Denver stands prominently in proximity to Union Station, and Coors Field, as well as a plethora of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, positioning it as the ideal destination for discerning visitors. In 2023, Regal Renovations proudly completed an extensive revitalization project spanning nine months, encompassing the public spaces and guest rooms at the heart of the Westin Downtown Denver, thereby ushering in a new era of opulence.

Regal Renovations played a pivotal role in orchestrating a stunning metamorphosis of the lobby area, introducing a lively living wall as a testament to Westin’s unwavering commitment to sustainability. Elevating the ambiance, an exquisite staircase was meticulously crafted from the ground up, beckoning guests into the newly fashioned and highly sought-after meeting area. The grand lobby transformation further embraced a cozy fireplace sitting area, a sundries location, and an upscale new bar, collectively elevating the overall guest experience. Additionally, Regal Renovations repurposed back-of-house offices into a state-of-the-art 3,000-square-foot meeting space, necessitating an impressive 24-inch elevation of the fire egress staircase.

Embarking on the guestroom and suite enhancement phase two months into the public space renovation, Regal Renovations implemented upgrades in all 432 rooms. This included the installation of energy-efficient fan coil units, luxury vinyl tile complemented by plush carpet inlays, fresh paint, and chic wallcoverings. The rooms received a makeover with new furniture, fixtures, and lighting, while 75% of the bathrooms underwent tub-to-shower conversions, featuring new floor and wall tiles, accessories, and elegant stone-top vanities. Aesthetic and functional enhancements extended to the introduction of wood and glass bath doors and thresholds, with the 19th floor suites receiving custom millwork cabinets and sliding glass exterior doors. Executed between October 2022 and July 2023, the entire project is poised for LEED Silver certification. Regal Renovations has not only redefined the Westin Downtown Denver but has also set a new standard for luxurious accommodations and sustainable design.
